As the market competition in the real estate industry is fierce day by day,there is more and more strong market shock on China Real Estate Group Corporation Liuzhou Branch,the earliest and only one first-class development enterprise in Liuzhou.What is the external environment of the company located actually? What resources does the company have actually? How does the company choose the target market of the Classical Times Residential Section intended to be developed actually? These have become the strategy study problems urgently needed to be solved by the company.In this paper it's studied of selection of the target market, research analysis and marketing mix design of the project for China Real Estate Group Corporation Liuzhou Branch with the theory of marketing through integration of theory with practice.During studying, it's observed and analyzed systemically and deeply about the macro and micro external environment for China Real Estate Group Corporation Liuzhou Branch at first. The resources of the company are investigated in detail.
