In terms of reality and compare, not only the theorists in academe but also the handlers in enterprise, they all think of the lack of effective management in China enterprise has badly influenced the sustainable development of enterprise even the nation. Thus, effective management has become one of focus on which studied by many scholars. Peter F. Drucker's indicated in his research on effectiveness executive that "effective executives do not start with their tasks. They start with their time. The analysis of one's time, moreover, is the one easily accessible and yet systematic way to analyze one's work and to think through what really matters in it. "Therefore, one of the prominent characteristic is handling time. And the study on managerial behaviors and working time distribution of china enterprise manager who are considered as the main body of effective management has become the important task in this field. As the main effect factors, the relationship between demographic factors and managerial working time are the focus for investigators. According to exploring this relationship, researches would study the forward factors of managerial working time deeply.Based on existent researches, this paper studies the relationship between demographic factors and managerial working time in China context. This paper measured the working time distribution of managers by Professor Qiao Kun who indicated questionnaires of managerial working behaviors, and used fifteen dimensions of "planning", "designing stratagem", "decision making","inspecting and controlling","executing","communication", "conflict management","outside liaison", "human resource management", "regulating inside system","enterprise culture","deskwork","marketing research","studying and capturing information","disposal other affair" measured managers' working time .The research took managers in low level, middle level, and top level as sample, collected 294 effective questionnaires. The results are shown as follows:1. There is a differentia between position, industry, age, marital status and total working time per week of managers.2. According to the total working time per week managers spent, this research partitioning of the managers into three groups: "job aficionado", "balance people" and "enjoyable one".3. There is a differentia between age, marital status, education, working experience, industry, position and working time distribution of managers.
