Facing the increasingly competition in the market environment, it is the crisis that how the manager of Shenyang company how to think, according to the Shenyang area of refined oil market environment determine competitive strategy to increase our competitiveness and establish a competitive advantage on the Shenyang currently important issues to be resolved.From a strategic aspect, the paper further analyzed the macro-factors such as geography, politics, economy, society and technology in external environment of Shenyang company.
