Some Studies On The Influence Factors Of Scientific Achievement Transformation In High-Tech Company

This paper mainly focuses on scientific achievement transformation, especially on the high-tech scientific achievement transformation, by using technique of spot check and data analysis. The target of this paper is finding out the bottle-neck part of the scientific achievement transformation, and gives some suggestion to speed up the transformation. This paper will be written in five parts.Part one: introduce the history and actuality of scientific achievement transformation of overseas countries and China's point. Starting with the history and actuality of scientific achievement transformation of overseas countries, then we introduce the transformation in China, and mention the problem when the institutes and universities are doing the scientific achievement transformation.Part two: introduce the theories of the scientific achievement transformation. We introduce the scientific achievement transformation's specification, marketing characters, theories, laws, transformation process, mechanism and significance.Part three: introduce the influence factors of scientific achievement transformation and the result of data analysis. We introduce the analysis target, Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, and list some possible influence factors of scientific achievement transformation. By using the questionnaire, we get some useful data, and then we do data analysis.Part four: give some strategy and suggestion on scientific achievement transformation. (1) Choosing a good research task is the key, so we should do argumentation well before taking it into realize. (2) The best development mechanism of speeding up the transformation is to merge the production, studying and development. (3) To insure the transformation working smoothly, some action and mechanism should be established well. (4) It is better to encourage the enterprise to develop scientific achievement themselves, thus we can solve the problem that the low speed of the transformation.Part five: give the conclusion of this paper. And the weakness of this paper is pointed out, this paper is just a rough research of the influence factors of scientific achievement transformation, and more detailed works are needed.
