Research On Lean Supply Of Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises In ISC

On the basis of the study on Lean Production, the theory of lean supply was developed by the concept of lean from production fields to supply. The Integrated Lean supply was further raised on this basis. It is the first collaboration of the plant will be on larger scales, higher levels and shorter period of time to provide higher quality and more cost-effective parts in the long term for the vehicle assembly plant. Under the supply chain in a highly integrated, enterprises complete supplies with higher lean supply process.Through the analysis on the development of the relations between car manufacturers and suppliers, we divided their relationship into five categories: traditional models, tension model, improvement model, partnership model and lean supply model. Lean supplier model which is under ISC actually beyond partnership model. Detailed analysis of its characteristics is given.Combining with the work and research on Manufacture Department in SGMW which is joined by Shanghai Automobile Industry Corporation, General Motors, Wuling Motors. The thesis is focused on the following areas.Firstly, it systematically sums up the automobile manufacturing supply logistics system, containing content, requirements and model.Secondly, through the analysis on the characteristics and problems of supply logistics about our country's vehicle manufacture enterprise, the thesis expounds China's automobile manufacturing companies to implement integrated supply chain and the need for a lean supply. Thirdly, through the study on integrated supply chain and lean supply, combining with relevant measures on Lean Logistics under ISC of automobile manufacturing enterprises, the thesis gives the construction of the ISC vehicle under lean manufacturing enterprise supply of logistics support system.Fourthly, through the analysis on the improvement of the car manufacturers'supply logistics in ISC, the thesis sums up the improvement measures car manufacturers'supply logistics under ISC.Finally, the thesis is based on integrated supply chain building, vendor management and optimization of transport, materials procurement and inventory, information systems building five areas and put forward some reasonable proposals.
