Study On Development Layout For Reserve Agricultural Land Resource Based On Potentiality Assessment In Jangsu Province

Agricultural land reserve resources development is important way of supplement the cultivated land, increasing other agriculture to use and the development construction ,and is important measure of alleviation the population and the land contradictory tense. Agricultural land reserve resources to the development and use can make up for the industrialization and urbanization of land occupation for food and other agricultural production to provide the most basic guarantee of land resources, for the sustainable economic development of a long-term and stable material foundation.This paper summarized the agricultural land reserve resources and the number of potential development model , and use a certain mathematical method for the study of regional analysis , Including the following areas: first on the basis of the analysis of research area's general situation, long-term quantity potentiality of reserve agricultural land resource in Jiangsu is described. Then, according to society, economy, natural condition of different area in Jiangsu Province, realistic potentiality of reserve agricultural land resource is analyzed, and quantitative analysis and quality assessment is banded together. Finally, In the number of evaluation and quality assessment on the basis of dominance used analytical method determined the province of agricultural land reserve resources development time and space optimization measures, raised the Jiangsu Provincial agricultural land reserve resources development and utilization strategy.This result suggested that the Jiangsu Province majority of areas agriculture reorganization quality potential is higher, but the Jiangsu Province agriculture reserve resources synthesis potential higher places distribute in northern Jiangsu area Yancheng, Huai An's majority of places and Hsuchou. In the Land Development and Utilization of the process should be comprehensive analysis and evaluation modules natural, cultural, and other aspects on the basis of characteristics, according to the influencing factors on the quality of cultivated land, the social environment and other aspects size, focus on land-use analysis of the main influencing factors and the main obstacles in order to take targeted measures improved, and to realizate land development and improvement of the optimal use of space. In view of the concrete land development reorganization activity, proposed the following suggestions: priority to agricultural land consolidation; speed up land reclamation and achieve ecological reconstruction; the development of appropriate use of resources; the key advancement rural reconstruction uses to reorganize; reasonable arrangements for land development and improvement time and space layout.
