Analysis Of The Relations Between Agricultural Financial Investment And Development Of The New Era In Jiangsu Province

Since the implementing of the reform and opening-up policy, the matters concerned to The agriculture, the country, the persants have always been the focus of our government. Particularly, in recent years they have become the focal point of national attention. Since the heart of the problem is how to increase farmers’income and currently the main source of income of farmers is from agriculture, the slow development of agriculture has been the major obstacle to solve these problems. Many theories and practices indicate that the government expenditure on agriculture has a very important role in the increase of peasant’s income and agricultural development. So by studying the policy effect on agricultural growth and problems because of the government’s financial investment in agriculture, this article will explore how to improve the efficiency of agricultural capital expenditure in the huge system utilization. It will also provide theoretical support to adjust the structure of agricultural inputs and solve the problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers, particularly the problems of rural economic development.First, it analyses the importance and necessity of agricultural input on the basis of reviewing some related theory of the relationship between agricultural inputs and development. Meanwhile, by making a summary of researches related to agricultural inputs at home and aboard, it make a comparison between china and aboard in Status of implementation and Learn from successful experiences, thus to lay a foundation for the research and policy recommendations on Jiangsu Province agricultural input. By using the improved method of T-Correlation Analysis, the paper point out the different influence every item of agricultural input on the agricultural economic growth. Comprehensive agricultural development expenses have the biggest impact on the agricultural economic growth, followed by other agricultural expenditure, administrative expenditure, subsidies for agricultural production, land management, agricultural resources and environmental protection, natural disaster relief, among which the natural disaster rescue disbursement and the agricultural economy growth assumes the inverse correlation relations. Meanwhile, it proposes the current problem of the structure of agricultural input, including the lack of agricultural input and its unreasonable structure, which is of great significance in resolving the financial problems of agricultural inputs, adjusting the agricultural structure and better guiding the development of agriculture in Jiangsu Province. Last but not least, according to the empirical results of agricultural input in Jiangsu Province, the paper has put forward some policy recommendations on agricultural input in Jiangsu Province.The paper has six chapters. Chapter Ⅵ, according to empirical analysis of the previous section, proposes solutions to the problem of agricultural input and some policy recommendations.
