A Study On The Interest Conflict And Coordination Of Stakeholders In Natural Scenic Spot

Tourism is of wide and strong conjunction. Every stakeholder in tourism development has different goals and interests which are conflict. Therefore, it is important to coordinate the interest conflicts between stakeholders for the sustainable development of tourism destinations.This paper has a research on natural scenic spot which is on the basis of stakeholder theory and sustainable development and takes Zhang Jiajie Natural Scenic Spot as empirical object. On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical study, this paper has a deep analysis of requirements and conflicts on interest between stakeholders of natural scenic spot. Then the paper analyzes the reasons of those interest conflicts. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategies for the coordination of interest conflicts between tourism stakeholders.The paper puts forward that the natural scenic spot must seek a new goal of sustainable development for the interest-coordination between stakeholders and sustainable development. In the course of coordinating the interest conflicts, every stakeholder of natural scenic spot must construct a common value which includes economy prosperity, social impartiality and environment balance. And each stakeholder must make overall plans and take all factors into consideration and fulfill their responsibilities. Local government has to protect natural environment and traditional culture, let extensive residents benefit from tourism development, strengthen the management of local tourism market. Tourism enterprises also need to protect the natural environment and respect the local culture. What's more, they must ensure residents'reasonable interests, improve the professional morality of tourism practitioners and operate legally and sincerely. Local residents must protect their habitation and environment, and maintain local traditional culture and habitude. Tourists also have to protect the environment and respect the traditional culture in tourism destinations. What's more, we must construct and perfect the related laws and codes, and construct effective surveillance mechanism in order to coordinate the interest conflicts between stakeholders and promote the sustainable development of natural scenic spots.
