Sino-India are neighbors separated by a narrow strip of water. Their friendship is linked together from ancient time. The well-known "Sichou Road" is not only an important passage to communicate, but also a witness to economic-trade cooperation for two countries. But for some reasons, their relations fell in stagnation in 1960s'. With the acceleration of economic globalization, they have connection in economy from 80's. After entered the 21st Century, the relations between two countries grew rapidly. China is currently the second largest trade partner of India while India is the China's tenth. For our country, the Sino-India economic and trade relations are one of most important bilateral economic relations.The papers involved in Sino-India Economic-trade relations' under the process of economic globalization are few. Economic globalization is a worldwide phenomenon, which makes the increasing interdependence of world economies. It is an irreversible trend for the world economy, and reflects the continuing expansion and mutual integration of market frontiers. Consequently, it is necessary to study the Sino-India economic and trade relations under the process of economic globalization. In the face of economic globalization, we have to analyze them calmly: What is the cause of the rapid growth of the relations between two countries? What are the prospects of it? What are the main issues during cooperation? And how to make good use of advantageous factors, solve the disadvantageous factors, and push Sino-India economic cooperation forward? Concerning the above-mentioned points, the thesis tends to study Sino-India Economic-trade relations' development and prospects under the process of economic globalization.The thesis has five chapters as followings: the first chapter is the basis of the whole thesis, which explicates the definition, reasons, and content of economic globalization and its impact on developing countries. The second chapter analyzes the general situation of Indian economy and Chinese economy in modern times under the process of economic globalization. The third chapter gives a brief review to Sino-India economic and trade cooperation under the process of economic globalization, which analyzes it from five stages of development. The fourth chapter discusses the favorable and unfavorable factors affecting the relations of the two countries. On the basis of that, the fifth chapter deep analysis of the two countries will enjoy bright prospects for economic and trade cooperation under the process of economic globalization. At last, the author gives some suggestions to promote economic and trade cooperation.The last chapter is the conclusion part. It is obvious that the achievement made by two countries conforms to the interest of both sides, and we should cherish it. Of course, the conflict is inevitable in international relations. But if the government and enterprises handle it with suitable approach, the Sino-India economic-trade relations will develop smoothly. Facing various opportunities and challenges, we should take the opportunity to push Sino-India economic-trade relations to a new level.
