Firstly, it explains the basic content of Marx’s world historytheory deeply, and describes the scientific nature and necessity of using Marx’s world historytheory to analyze and explore the economic globalization. Most research on the economicglobalization of western academia is to support their position and interests. Only Marx’stheory of world history view and analysis of the historical process of human developmentwith the objective development rules of human history, in order to realize human liberationand freedom. So Marx’s theory of world history is necessary scientific theoretical backingfor our studying economic globalization. Secondly, it elaborates the basic process ofeconomic globalization. It is confirmed that the economic globalization is the human historyinevitable trend which takes the great geographical discovery in fifteenth Century as thepremise, the outbreak of the industrial revolution as the mark, including the basic contents ofglobalization on production, trade and capital. Finally, this chapter makes analysis andpreliminary scientific judgment for the impact of economic globalization in the world andthe future development trend. The trend of economic globalization promotes the rapiddevelopment of the world economy. A t the same time, it also causes the disadvantages andrisks can’t be avoided, such as causing the two class differentiation of global scope isbecoming more and more serious, increasing the economic risk and destroying ecologicalenvironment and the resources. Economic globalization is a "double-edged sword". only theobjective understanding of the historical process of economic globalization, rational facingdisadvantages and risks of its cause, to play a more active role to make this process forwardin the whole process of human history.Chapter Ⅳ objectively analyses the new development and new trend of internationalrelations in today’s world under the background of economic globalization with thesynchronization and logic relationship between economic development and internationalrelations. First of all, starting from the close relationship between the development ofeconomics and international relations, international relations is the product of a certain stageof human history development. There are many factors that influence the development of international relations, such as the development of productivity, the progress of science andtechnology and so on, but the impact of economic development on international relations isthe basic and decisive. In the slave society and feudal society, the natural economy dominant.National countries depended on its internal production data to product and trade. They don’thave any contacts and contact, so there were no international relations. Until mankindentered the period of capitalism, high-speed development of productivity, capital expansionof foreign demand, and the geographic founding in fifteenth Century, economic and tradeexchanges have started between each nation, and international relations began to appear. With the occurrence and the development of economic globalization, the more mutualcooperation and interdependence of nations, its form and content become more abundant.Secondly, with the economic globalization, it take an objective analysis of new developmentand new trend of international relations in today’s world, including the development ofsystem on international relations, the further development of international cooperation andconflict, coexist development world structure and so on.Chapter Ⅴ investigates the process of the anti-globalization movement in economicglobalization. Firstly, it takes discussion and analysis of the today’s performance and the rootcauses of the anti-globalization movement, thinking that the anti-globalization movement isaccompanied by the development of the historical process of economic globalization, alsocan be said a product of economic globalization stage. As a kind of "globalization"phenomenon, the anti-globalization movement has spread to almost every corner of theworld. Its occurrence and development is caused by the global problems such as theincreasing gap between the rich and the poor, the imbalance of social development, andecological environment problem and so on. It develops from the isolated protests disordered, and gradually become organized, orderly large-scale to protest the major way of behavior ofsocial movement. Secondly, this chapter makes the analysis and prediction about the effectof anti-globalization movement and the development trend in the future. Theanti-globalization movement takes a wake-up call for today’s people enjoying great benefitsbrought by economic globalization. People begin to consider the situation, the advantagesand disadvantages of the historical process of economic globalization. It also effectivelypromotes the reform and keeping pace with the times of the old international economic order, and improves the right of discourse of developing countries and vulnerable groups in theworld. However, most of the organizations of anti-globalization and groups often questonly from their respective interests, but not thinking about the root of problems and the real feasible solution. There are some extremists covering for their own interests with andanti-globalization, thereby reducing the positive role of anti-globalization movement. Inshort, as long as the global problems caused by the economic globalization existing, theanti-globalization movement will not disappear, and will move towards a more scientific, rational, orderly development.Chapter Ⅵ expounds the relationship between economic globalization and socialismin the world. Although, the economic globalization promotes the further development ofcapitalist mode of production, it won’t break the objective law of human history from juniorto senior development, also is the development trend that capitalism will perish andsocialism will win. With the development of productive forces, the capitalist relations ofproduction in western developed countries have been unable to meet the nature of capitalexpansion. The expansion of foreign capital opened the door of nations and areas, andpromoted contacts and exchanges between them, thus promoting the occurrence anddevelopment of economic global historical process. Economic globalization is the sign thatthe transition state monopoly capitalism to the monopoly capitalism. It eased the capitalistbasic contradiction inside the country, promoting the further development of capitalism. However, from another point of view, it makes the limitations, exploitative contradiction andthe conflict of capitalism spread to the whole world, thus speeding up the pace of theinevitable demise of capitalism. Secondly, it expounds only socialism and communism canpromote human liberation and all-round free. Although the economic globalization promotedthe development of the capitalist mode of production in the world temporarily, but it doesnot mean that there is no other types and relations of production and the mode of productionin the process of economic globalization. The socialist factors will get a rapid increase in thebackground of economic globalization, or it can be said, the rapid development of economicglobalization has brought the rich material and class foundation for the coming of socialism, thus speeding up the pace of development of human history. Finally, the paper draws the conclusion, that the economic globalization as the objectiveexistence of the development of human history, and as a symbol of Marx’s world history’sstage, it brings hitherto unknown opportunities to the development of human history, andalso brings risks and dangers for the healthy development of the human society. Theoccurrence and the development of economic globalization promote the further developmentof capitalism in the world, but it may not hinder the process of human society towards amore rational, healthy stage, in order to realize communism and the development of human liberation as the goal, but accelerates the process. In the new era, we must objectively meetthe historical process of economic globalization, scientific, make rational analysis andresolution of a series of global problems caused by economic globalization, and strive to takeits essence, throw its dregs to make the process of economic globalization contribute togreater strength in the development of human history.
