Because of the more and more intensive competition in the market, the employee's loyalty to the organization is reducing gradually, the will and ability of resignation boost up, the employee's need becomes diverse. In this circumstance, it puzzles the manager how to attract the employee, retain the employee and mobilize them. So it's a meaningful task to study the need of the employee, specially the brainworker, know their job satisfaction, and it's useful to mobilize the brainworker's enthusiasm and creation.This paper studies the 62 service manager's main need and the dissatisfaction factor in YUM! Restaurants Shenzhen LTD. through the investigation, and put up a staff encouragement project for the company with the classic encouragement theory.The result shows 80% of the service manager in this company has affirmative attitude to the firm. The "wage" and "professional development" is the main influential factor of the job's satisfaction, the acceptance grade of the 2 factors is 38% and 40%. Additionally, the "staff relationship" is another key influential factor of the satisfaction.Base on the result of the survey, the paper suggest the firm's service manager encouragement policy on commercial insurance, the welfare of real estate purchase, the professional development and the staff attention, and so on.ANNOUCEMENT: For the protection of the firm's commercial secret, the related data in the paper has been modified.
