This thesis is a research on the improving problems in marketing mode of China business automobiles manufacturers with the case of Jiefang Business Automobile Co. Firstly, the thesis introduces the definitions and composing elements of marketing mode about business automobiles, and discusses the basic theory of how the business automobile manufacturers improving their marketing mode from three aspects in marketing thought,marketing organization and marketing technology; Secondly, the thesis introduces briefly about the development trend of Chinese business automobiles industry, structure of customs, characteristics of franchises, the reality of marketing mode of domestic business automobile manufacturers and the typical marketing mode of international business automobile manufacturers. Thirdly, the thesis, based on the case of Jiefang business automobile Co, analyzes amply the market environment of the Jiefang with SWOT analysis method, then the thesis analyzes the marking mode of the Jiefang business automobiles according to the basic theory and points out the problems; Finally, the thesis proposes the concrete improvement measures to Jiefang according to the reality of marketing mode in Jiefang business automobiles.The rapid development of China business automobiles industry has accelerated the changes of products structure and market competition. The competition between manufacturers has changed to integrative marketing ability competition from products competition. Consequently, the business automobile manufactures have to choice the proper marketing mode to face the growing drastic competition. The thesis tables concrete proposals through the study of marketing mode of Jiefang business automobile Co with hopes that this thesis will provide domestic business automobile manufactures with useful references and enlightenments. At meantime, I realize deeply in the process of study that China business automobile industry needs not only innovation at technology, product, equipment, but also needs attach importance to software innovations include produce process, sales process and marketing modes, and the large-size state-owned business automobile manufactures of China bear more responsibility and obligation in the processes.
