The paper elementary discusses integration of E-business System and automobile manufacture and sales System.The most advantage of E-business is convenience in obtaining, transferring and dealing with the marketing information on Internet. By a thorough analysis of existing enterprise E-marketing System, we'll find that one most important reason of forming E-marketing information bottleneck is that E-marketing System separates from other Enterprise Information System due to the limit of marketing organization, IT technology, web security and so on.E-business System must be integrate into other Enterprise Information System, which decided by many aspects of E-business, such as its nature, character, various adoptable marketing strategy, and the requirement of improving enterprise's sole rival competence by using its advantage. At the same time strengthening of competence, all the auto manufacturers and sellers try their best to find the effective way to gain more benefit and win the rival. However as the adding of storage, higher selling cost, forming of global purchase, lower benefit and the protection of the automobile industry cancel how will Chinese enterprises go?This paper discusses how to set up a flat e-business system and integrate Chinese accessory manufacturers and whole automobile manufacturers through ERP system. It also bring forward an automobile manufacture and sales flattop based on e-business which can foster enterprises for just in time and rise the whole competence skill so that carry out Chinese automobile industry boomed.
