Lean production and modern logistics is widely applied in global manufactory in recent years. The environment of the competition changed fast and the needs of the customers is more diversified and individual. As the air-con change the position from luxury goods to normal consumption goods, the competitions of the market is growing. How to hold the advanced position in the market will be the problem for every air-con manufactory. In order to improve the efficiency and core competency, Midea air-con has started its path of logistic transformation.Based on the air-con industry information and Haier logistic innovation system, the thesis analyzed the manufactory efficiency improvement of Midea air-con. Author compared the collected data before and after the modern logistic system implementation, used modern logistic theory to study the logistic transformation in Midea air-con.First of all, the thesis introduces the state of quo of Chinese air-con industry and condition on logistic of Midea air-con. It explained the essentiality of implement modern logistic and summed up the theory on modern logistic.Secondly, according to the development trend of Chinese air-con industry and Midea's competency, author demonstrated the dilemma that Midea air-con is facing. Based on the research of Haier air-con logistic system innovation, bring out the solution for Midea air-con.Finally, author analyze logistic system in Midea air-con manufactory bases of Shunde and Wuhan respectively, demonstrate the function and meaning of modern logistic system in improving manufacturing efficiency, and provided further suggestion.Modern logistic implantation is a gradually process, the executions and methods need to be changed and perfected continually. Via demonstration analysis on Midea air-con logistic system, author tried to provide practical experience for other manufactory in Air-con industry.
