| Finance management becomes an important part in business administration, which is associated with the fund procurement and utilization. As a company expands, finance management turns more and more critical, and the analysis and study of the production operations and financial status are conducted quite often by both of the companies and the individuals. In addition to the company itself for the production operation, the units and individuals, for example, the investor, the creditors, and the government etc, who have interest related to the company, all need the information that can reveal the production operation and financial activity to different extents. The information enables the units and individuals to make proper decision and policy.The present paper aims to analyze the financial status of RF cooperation. Extensive theoretical references have been investigated to perform the above subject. The particularity in medication trade is also considered. Great effort has been made to make right and complete evaluation on the financial status of RF cooperation. The indexes for the financial analysis are classified into four types based on the author's experience in the company operation: (1) ability in paying for debts, (2) ability in operation, (3) ability in profiting, and (4) cash flowing capacity. Thereafter, the basic concepts for these indexes, related factors, and calculation methods are discussed deeply in combination with the reality of RF cooperation. Specific examples are sought after for the analysis. The meaning of the indexes in the financial management within a company is elaborated in detail one by one.This paper performs full analysis on a company using within the scheme of financial theories together with the practical cases, providing a large amount of information and scientific basis for the administrators to make decision, and emphasizing the practical and key role of financial analysis in the policies making within a company. |
