Enterprise Ownership Arrangement On The Basis Of Factor Capitalization Theory

We have a brand-new economy development driven by exploding knowledge on the basis of information technology with tools of the internet as we inter the 21st century. The factors that push society and economy continually forward has been abundant, multiplied and knowledgelised, which is necessary part of historic process. Knowledge, technology, and information have been changing our life style as new emerging economical factors. The traditional view that emphasizes on materials and money needs correcting and changing.The article sets its research following two clues: the historical evolvement of enterprise ownership arrangement and the property characteristic of new emerging factor capitals, on the concept of factor capitalization, to find out the direction of enterprise ownership arrangement in the new economy and its best realization form. After the review of enterprise ownership arrangement in history and the different arrangement existing in real world, we think that material capital has been implicitly endowed the power of ownership owe to its scarcity in the traditional economy, which explains the model of owners of material capital have the ownership of enterprise. However, following the development of economy, the approach of economy has been changing; material capital and financial capital won't be scare as before for the historical accumulation. Meantime, knowledge, technology, and information become scare resources for economy and enterprise development gradually. Different from traditional material capital and financial capital, these new-emerging factor capitals somehow depends on relevant persons who master them to create value and burden risks. Therefore, it is not difficult to infer that the new-emerging factor capitals will finally have the ownership of enterprises, considering both of the value creation and property incentive.The article focus on knowledge-based enterprise to research the arrangement of ownership. Through the research of different characteristics of new-emerging factor capitals and their owners'relationships in the knowledge enterprise contract, we infer that owners of new-emerging factor capitals and human capital have equal even more power compared to their queers of material capital and financial capital, therefore own the enterprise for a bigger part.The arrangement of enterprise ownership has close relations with the new-emerging factors'capitalization. On the point, we need to encourage and endure knowledge and technology's development through the macro-policy making. More important, property protest must be recognized and proteted in enterprises which is the most important place where new factors create value, in order to have a better development of economy and enterprises.
