A Study On The State-owned Enterprise Competitiveness

We have come to a knowledge-economy time, the corporations must face to the new challenges and take part in the competition in the international markets. It is crucial factor to develop and enhance the cognition about the competence of firm academically and practically. Therefore, the choice of the competitiveness of enterprises as the subject of my thesis to have some practical significance for the research of China's enterprises, especially the development of practical problems of state-owned enterprises, to explore new development ideas .As for state-owned enterprises in China, how to build their own core competence is the key point of success in the case of complicated market environment, And then we bring forward the following problems-what is competence of state-owned enterprises in China? How about the competence of state-owned enterprises in China? How to upgrade their own core competence so much as rebuild their core competence?In view of this, the paper firstly roundly summarizes domestic and foreign theory productions of research about competence and on the basis of these productions, the paper brings forward conception system of enterprises' competence. And then on the base of characteristics and reality of the objective environment of state-owned enterprises, regard enterprise's system, technological innovation and corporate culture as the three main factors which form competitiveness of state-owned enterprise of our country. Then analyze the competitiveness current situation of the state-owned enterprise through these three respects, point out its one's own existing problem, and brings forward different suggestion. Finally, by the reality of state-owned enterprises with the case and the reasons for the success of case, and pointed out that state-owned enterprises can borrow from the other direction for state-owned enterprises to improve their competitiveness to provide the theoretical basis for reality.
