The Research Of Inventory Decision-making Based On The Environment Of Supply Chain

With economic globalization accelerating and market competition becoming increasingly fierce, user demands are becoming even more prominent personality and diversification, enterprises are faced with increasing uncertainty. So the advanced think and strategy of supply chain management are adopted to improve efficiency, and the market competition is enhanced in our country.The current domestic and international development situations of the supply chain management are introduced in this thesis first. And then the theoretical foundation of the supply chain management and the problems of China's enterprise supply chain management and inventory management are studied. The Impact of the shortage of goods in the supply chain on the buyer is considered in this paper. And the concept of effective inventory levels is introduced, the inventory models of the distributors and retailers are structured on the circumstances that the supply and demand is not defined. Based on the theory of supply chain management, optimization theory, game theory, the basic ideas and methods of the inventory decision-making on the time-varying circumstances are proposed by the analysis of models. Firstly the inventory models of the distributors and retailers are established in a stable demand and supply chain inventory is optimized. And a time-varying demand supply chain replenishment cycle model is established, the local-optimization and overall-optimization of the time of the shortage and replenishment cycle are studied on the base of analyzing the model. In the examples ,it's found that the time of the shortage and replenishment cycle are good to reduce the supply chain inventory costs, and the greater demand variability, the more obvious reduce of overall-optimization inventory cost, the closer to the one-to-one-replenishment mode of the distributors. Because the demand for the replenishment period can not be effectively balanced by the same-period replenishment, the adverse effects of the inventory costs brought by demand variability are enhanced. The cost performance of the same-period replenishment of inventory decision-making optimization is very limited, the problems of the optimization of the decision-making of the different-period replenishment time are further studied. From the study, regardless of the perspective of a retailer or supply chain, the different-period replenishment is superior to the same-period replenishment, the costs of the supply chain fall down faster.
