Research On The Group Supply Chain Inventory Decision Based On Time-varying Demand

Corporate group is multi-juridical person organization refered to the collaboration in many corporations.It is a main band with property right. The management contents and scope in group is far more than single company. By the comparation with management between the group supply chain and single supply chain, in spite of on the angle of management and operation,or the scope of resource optimization, the organization boundary and revenue plan,the management is different.The group supply chain focus on the suply chain operation and optimization inter of group,and mainly adopt to integrate the supply chain in group and optimize the system structure of group supply chain so that realize the management effect of improving whole benefit. In 21st century,The face of increasingly stinging competition of market and economic globalization, many enterprises have shifted perspective from outside the enterprise within the enterprise, supply chain collaboration through the group optimization companies internal and external resources, and strengthen its core competitive capability, low-cost, high-quality, fast objective response, the research in group supply chain inventory decision has become the focus of attention of academia and business. Current research in this field needs is generally assumed not associated with the time. However, in this increasingly competitive environment, customers have a clear time-varying demand. Especially high-tech products, seasonal products, when the variability is even more prominent. Therefore, the case of time-varying demand group supply chain inventory decision optimization and coordination of research is particularly necessary and urgent.This paper shows the idea and method of group supply chain inventory decision on time-varying demand based on the theory of supply chain management and optimization theory and game theory and by the model analysis. In this paper, Game theory is the main method of this study, in addition, the paper also integrated use of the "bullwhip effect" of the quantitative description of the "bullwhip effect" of the H∞control mechanism, in conventional mathematical methods, the application of stochastic analysis, mathematical analysis and other methods; the same time, the use of a number of economics, computer science and networking theory and methods.This article is divided into six chapters:(1) Overview This chapter first describes the concept of group supply chain, and further make overview of research of the supply chain in the static environment the dynamic environment respectively.(2) the material requirement planning of group supply chain under the time-varying demandThe material requirement planning is a control model of modern production,a corporation standard in modern manufacture and management technology. This chapter describes a kind of new method of material requirement planning based on data field and cloud model. This method can find out the important material from the supply chain material requirement planning.(3) the inventory model design under the the time-varying demand of the Group Supply ChainThe control model of the group supply chain inventory divides into group main control,member control and mix control.This chapter analyzes the iventory model of the group supply chain under the time-varying demand,the model includes VMI,JMI and CPFR. And then it introduces the method and principle of coordination through the group supply chain inventory model cross chains.Finally it build the control model of the group supply chain between the trademen by cross chains.(4) the "bullwhip effect" Robust Control under the time-varying demand the group supply chain inventory system"Bullwhip effect" is the general phenomenon of demand fluctuating in supply chain. At first this chapter analyzes the reason why the "bullwhip effect" happen and the strategy how to control "bullwhip effect".Then it builds respectively the inventory switch system of the group supply chain for uncertain parameter and linearity certain parameter under the time-varying demand.Finally it designs the H∞control mechanism of switch system in order to weaken the effect of "bullwhip effect".(5) the application of the group supply chain inventory model under the time-varying demandThis chapter apply the inventory model into one automotive company A by the model of the group supply chain introduced in the chapter2,chapter3 and chapter4.At first it analyzes the background in auto industry,and then build the problem hypothesis and the analysis of the problem.Finally it analyzes the inventory optimization based on the three angles of decentralization,centralization and VMI supply chain.(6) Conclusion and OutlookThis chapter reviews the conclusions of the study of this paper, and it analyzes simply the research of the deficiencies and the development trend of the group supply chain inventory. And it gives a limited outlook to study in the future to expect to be more mature theory in the group supply chain inventory control.
