Because of its special legal construction of the separated ownership and beneficial, i.e. innovative function of property management and financing, trust has very strong feasibility on operation and ability to make economy better.Trust as the only one that can cross the Money market, Capital market and Industry market at the same time in the economic realm, as the industry of investment and financing that can benefit the country and common people, has been regarded as the four pillars with bank, security and insurance in the finance market. It has many unique functions such as assets management investment, financing, deputy and so on. It has to be primary pillar of fours pillars of financial system in many countries of the world. In our country, with the development of economic the wealth of people increases increasingly, People will have more diversification on the choice and usage of assets, and the finance management will more and more complicated. This conditions make the more need of specialized organizations and professional talented person to act as an agent of people to deal their wealth and matter. So trust will has more and more room to develop and the status of finance and will become more and more important. Under the new situation here, we need to treat the development of the trust industry with brand-new visual angel, and fully realize unique value, abundant content, proper disposal function by using trust, and then promote the strategic position in our country's economic development of trust industry.But in the reality, compared with trade level and developed country of trust industry time starts very late, disparity is relatively great in the development of the Chinese trust industry, and undergoes numerous improvement and rectification again, therefore lead to the fact that present trust industry still has more bottleneck questions. What reasons prevent the development of the trust industry on earth? Where is the so-called bottleneck questions? In this paper, I will based on the history of the trust industry in China, the inspection and comparable of advanced experience in trust industry from the some developed countries, analysis the experience no whether it is success or not in the past more twenty years and the existed problems in the present, discuss how to make the function of the trust industry play an more important in the financial field in order to make trust industry step into a level road of fast and sane, sustainable developing as soon as possible.
