A Study On The Development Of Trust Industry And Quasi-trust Industry In China

The dissertation investigated the concepts of trust and quasi-trust,historic background and ingredients,influence of the internal and external factors,the function achieving in the financial sector and correlation between trust and quasi-trust respectively.Here is the research frame below.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter has analyzed the correlation between trust and the assets management,the correlation between trust and shadow-bank,the theory evidence and reference documentation.The third chapter has expounded the financial function achievement of civil trust at the view point of civil trust development and the problems.The forth chapter has convinced that the development of quasi-trust has supplemented the financial function which the trust take effect.The fifth chapter has analyzed the trust scale and quasi-trust scale by empirical analysis.The last chapter has taken an expectation of civil trust and quasi-trust.The conclusions of dissertation are on the basis of Trust Organization Theory,Double Consortium of Trust Theory and Financial Intermediary Function Theory:(1)Though the trust companies are authorized by the financial regulator,the demand of asset management in financial market has been increasing meanwhile,as a result,the quasi-trust is emerged to finish the rest of asset management.(2)The division of droit and interests in civil trust institution has already lead to a result that the droit and responsibilities of trustee are not reciprocal.The rigid payment of trust should be broken consequently.
