| After more than 10 years development, bancassurance have become one of three main channels to sale insurance in China. From rapid developing stage to slowdown adjustment stage, category and structure of products changes with the different periods. Dividends insurance, universal life insurance and investment-linked insurance appeared in succession. However, facing the fierce contest of banking channels, interest rate rising cycle, interest tax reduction, fiery capital markets, and withdrawal phenomenon starts to become apparent. For bancassurance, how to make a breakthrough, how to develop is crux. I believe that bancassurance products is the core competitiveness in the development of bancassurance. This thesis focus on the various problems of bancassurance products at present,propose countermeasures, and explore the direction of product innovation refer to international experiences.The thesis's main research methods are empirical study which bases on large amount of data, comparison and summarized analysis. Bancassurance products' problems are the major obstacle of bancassurance development, such as products are quite familiar with each other, products structure is unreasonable, the low level competition in products. Thus it is necessary to perfect every links related to products, make bank and insurance company have the common interests, from the customer needs, achieve functional and structural transformation and innovation of products. This way can assure the healthy development of bancassurance.The article's innovation lies in detailed analysis of the supply and demand of bancassurance products and their influencing factors. And as to the sticking point of product itself, product management and deep-seated factors of bancassurance products, certain countermeasures are given in the context. Also content and principles of bancassurance product innovation are summed up by my view . Combined with foreign bancassurance products, I propose concept of the types of products innovation. |
