Enhancing employee's creativity is an important way for the organization to deal with uncertainty effectively.Research shows that the sharing of knowledge among employees can enhance the creativity of colleagues.Organizations and managers are also designing and applying diversified measures to enhance the sharing of knowledge among employees,but employees in the organization are still not willing to share knowledge.Reason is that employees are not clear about the impact of knowledge-sharing behavior on their own creativity.However many researches about improving employee's creativity neglect this problem.And this research is followed on the basis that the knowledge-sharing behavior among employees can enhance their creativity.In this study,we first reviewed the literature,mainly including the concept,the theoretical analysis framework,antecedents and outcome variables,etc.After making a literature review,this research constructs the overall analysis model,puts forward several hypotheses,and then makes use of the maturity scale to design the questionnaire so as to collect relevant data from the enterprise.The collected data is mainly analyzed by considering reliability analysis,the validity analysis,the descriptive statistic analysis,the correlation analysis,the regression analysis and so on.Based on the results of the data analysis,the study will continue to make some discussions and draw the conclusions.This study found that not only the employee's knowledge-sharing behavior can benefit other colleagues,but also can be very useful to help the employee himself/herself to improve his/her creativity,which is effected by the knowledge reciprocity from colleagues.The knowledge reciprocity plays the function as a mediator in the relationship between knowledge-sharing behavior and the creativity,and the intrinsic task motivation of the employee also plays a positive role in such relationship.The improvement of staff creativity is deeply connected with themselves and other colleagues around them.This research is helpful to perfect the relationship between knowledge-sharing behavior and enhancing creativity,and also can supplement other researches.Besides,the conclusion can help to change the behavior of employees and encourage them to take part in knowledge-sharing behavior more actively.
