Whether M&A can achieve anticipation decides on the management integration after M&A. Human resource integration is a vital aspect in the management integration. By human resource integration, the manager can optimize the human resource, activate the employee's enthusiasm, and do contribution to the new company.Firstly in this paper mainly describes the writing background, recent research progeny and the purpose of this paper。After summarizes the theory of M&A and Resource-Based Theory. On one hand, it analyses the concept of M&A, reviews the history of M&A, prospects the development of M&A; On the other hand, it analyses the concept of human resource integration in the Resource-Based Theory, It point out the importance of the human resource integration in M&A. And list the five principles that now were generally recognized in the human resource integration. Through analysis, we find integration is a vital important issue in M&A. Lenovo's acquisition of IBM's PC division set the stage for Lenovo's entry into global competition. However , the challenges of integration were just beginning. How to integrate the organizations and product lines of the two companies remain questions. TCL's M&A with Alcatel both faced great difficulties in integration.On the practical cases of human resources and integration purchasing, finally we try to pose with the tactics, concrete operation and more details related to the conformity of human resources.
