Under the circumstance of economic globalization, the competition between the districts becomes the main form of the international competition, the brand has became the core of market's competition,neither to the agricultural product industry. The Hebei Province government has established"Jingdong chestnut"regional brand with the form of the Geographical Indications in 2006. However,because lacking brand consciousness,mixed main body as well as the particularity of agricultural product regional brand, "Jingdong chestnu"regional brand always stay in the beginning of brand. Therefore,facing the current situation and problem of" Jingdong chestnut ",how to improve the brand competition of"Jingdong chestnut",and sufficiently elaborate brand effect and the whole benefit,has become the problem which must to deal with in the way of brand manage of Hebei chestnut industry.The paper takes the regional brand, Industrial belt, industrial cluster,agricultural product marketing,and agricultural product brand as its theory guidance,begin with the angle of Heibei yanshan Industrial belt and Industrial Cluster,take"Jingdong chestnu t"regional brand as object of research,make a set of brand managing tactics for" Jingdong chestnut"regional brand.Firstly,bring forward the concept of Heibei yanshan Industrial belt and Industrial Cluster,analyses factor how to form the belt and cluster and the faced problems.Secondly,boundary fix "Jingdong chestnut"'regional brand,analyses the current situation and problem of"Jingdong chestnut ",put forward the necessity which implement brand manage to"Jingdong chestnut".Thirdly,make brand strategy plan and brandleading-in tactics to"Jingdong chestnut", Based on this, develop implementation strategies which ensure the tactics putting into practice.
