This paper targeted at giving strategies of the entrepreneurial phase and growth phase for the small and medium-sized independent innovation high-tech enterprises. High-tech industry has entered a phase of vigorous in China now, small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises based on independent innovation has been believed a new drive of China's economy. However, the survival rate, growth velocity and growth quality of China's small and medium-sized independent innovation high-tech enterprise are not assort with its weightiness to the development of China's economy. This paper analyzed the features, internal and external environment of the small and medium-sized independent innovation high-tech enterprises, and suggested that it's necessary to executive different strategy in the different life stage of the small and medium-sized independent innovation high-tech enterprise, and strategy should be made according to the inner and the external environment, opportunities and advantages they have. The view of the paper is below:Market-niche strategy is suitable for the small and medium-sized independent innovation high-tech enterprises when they start-up, and business model can help them to put over the market-niche strategy. While the market operations should be made based on EP(existing profit). In the growth phase, market strategy is still the most important strategy of the medium-sized independent innovation high-tech enterprises. In growth phase the management of the small and medium-sized independent innovation high-tech enterprises should be standard and improved, and they should keep emphases on technology innovation in order to gain a long term success. |
