Study On Project Management Of Survey Design

Based on the theory of modern project management,the project management applied to the survey design industries has been studied and analyzed profoundly in this thesis. Firstly, the basic theory of the project management was described that would establish the foundation for application research. Secondly, analyzing and studing deeply the characteristics and management actuality of the survey design projects, the necessity to execute the modern project management was pointed out in survey design corporations. The applicable administrant mechanism and modes of the modern project management were brought forward in this thesis. Thirdly, the appraisal distribution system and scientific research system were established base on the matrix model. Finally, according to real case, it showed the practice effect of applying the matrix model management project into survey design corporations that can improve the level of management of survey design corporations and win the economic effects for owners and survey design corporations.
