Be different with former research,this thesis majored on discussing the coordination mechanism of technology and the international industrial transfer,the full text is divided into six chapters.The fist chapter,forward.It introduced the studying background of the thesis, systematically summarizes research of technology innovation and the international industrial transfer of scholars at home or abroad,and put forward the theoretical significance,practical significance of the thesis as well as the research ideas for it.The second chapter,technology innovation theoretical summary.It briefly introduced theoretical knowledge of technology innovation,the definition of technology innovation,the characteristics of technology innovation and its effective factors as well as its significance.The third chapter,the analysis of motion and changing trends of the international industrial transfer.First,it introduced the concept of the international industrial transfer,and then theoretically analyzed motion of the international industrial transfer from three respects,on that basis it summarized the new changing trends of the international industrial transfer of nowadays, and at last elaborated both the positive and negative impact of it.The fourth chapter,the analysis of coordination mechanism of technology innovation and the international industrial transfer of China.This is focal point of the thesis,it made use of Vernon's product-life cycle theory and research model of technology developing trajectory of both developed country and developing country of Jin Lin Zhu of Korea,on the basis of relative fact and data,it points out that on the one hand,technology innovation is the effective guarantee of international industrial transfer;on the other hand international industrial transfer is the important condition for promoting the technology innovation.The fifth chapter,technology innovation and the international industrial transfer of auto-industry in China.This chapter exemplified with auto-industry having relevance of a high degree with other industries,to analyze the significance and status of technology innovation and the international industrial transfer of China in detail,and pointed out existing problems as well as the corresponding suggestions.The sixth chapter,conclusion.On the basis of detailed analysis of the forward five chapters, this chapter pointed out that this thesis starts with considering the relationship of technology innovation and the international industrial transfer,and discussed the coordination mechanism of them,thus it not only had relatively novel theoretical significance,but also coincides with the"11^th Five-Year"plan of our country,which is via improving technology innovation level to upgrade competitiveness of industry,and to develop advanced manufacturing and processing services,thus to realize the comprehensive upgrading of industry structure.So it has much more practical significance.
