| With global economic integration, supply chain management secures the allocation of global resources in the management activities of an enterprise more and more and meanwhile shows the competitiveness. As the precondition and the key to the implementation of supply chain management, supply chain exploitation and selection plays an important role in enhancing competitiveness of a corporation.This thesis shows the implementation procedures of Dalian Innovation Parts Manufacturing Company's supply chain exploitation and selection by SWOT analytical method, based on the analysis of the current situation of Dalian Innovation company's supply chain exploitation and selection, taking the factors influencing the supply chain exploitation and selection as main line, in accordance with the principles of the purchase procedures of automobile supplier quality control system (ISO/TS16949 2002), explaining the plan of supply chain exploitation and selection. Compared with the experience of some leading corporations of this industry domestically and overseas, combining with the current status of Dalian Innovation company, the thesis gives supply chain exploitation and selection implementation plan which is suitable to Dalian Innovation company in terms of quality, price, product development and production, external environment, financing capability and so on and focuses on introducing the application of production part approval process (PPAP) in supply chain exploitation and selection. Furthermore, in consideration of the important role information technology and Logistics technology playing in supply chain exploitation and selection, a separate chapter is designed to make a brief analysis and explanation.Ideas and methods about supply chain development and selection of automobile industry are expected to be discussed; some helpful inspiration and attempt are also expected to be offered to China's parts corporations for the supply chain exploitation and selection. |
