Along with the arrival of the economic globalization and the knowledge globalization, the market competition is increasingly vigorous. If a business enterprise wants to obtain the competitive advantage and realist existence and development, it must raise its whole performance continuously. So, it needs to establish performance evaluation system.When more and more business enterprises adopt project management, the project becomes the body to carry out the strategy of the business enterprise development. Strategic targets of the business enterprise, and all, come to realization through successful projects. The projects common share business enterprise resources, undertake the business enterprise development together and carry out the business enterprise target profits together. So, the performance of the business enterprise also turns into the project performance little by little.The evaluation of project performance mean for completing the project,satisfying the customer need, carrying out the project target, adopt the method and particular index systems of science, check against the evaluation standard, and come to fair of value judgment with the result of the business enterprise in the certain period. How to design a valid set of evaluation system of science ,which matches the our country state and satisfies the business enterprise to development need in economic globalization ages, to local business enterprise, is an all new but important topic.This thesis introduces the background of the research problem first. With the analysis to domestic and international performance evaluation development and currently the results carried out by the business enterprise, this thesis puts forward to realistic meaning of the research of the evaluates system. Then, this thesis carries on the research towards the related theories, for behind of analytical research laying the theories foundation. This thesis core part, being with the related concept of the performance evaluation for foundation, to persist the principle of performance evaluation establishment, builds up the performance evaluation system that the manufacturing enterprise carries out the project management.With the research, this thesis inquiries into how to build up the performance evaluation system that can guarantee to the realization of the organization target and the competition abilities, and aims at the problem meted in actual work, combining my work experience to put forward some personal suggestion and viewpoints. These viewpoints may exist one-sided places, but expects this thesis can help towards building up the performance evaluation system of keeping with business enterprise development and demand.
