Since the21st century, With the rapid development of economic globalizationand information industrialization, the labor has became a special resources that ableto improve output by increasing the input of resources, therefore, human resourcesmanagement has become an important management activities. Companies often needto recruit suitable staff, and put them to the appropriate post, to allocate the paymentaccording to their job performance, so as to motivate employees to work for theenterprise more effectively. The performance management of enterprise’s strategictarget decomposition to each post, through the study of the management of eachemployee’s performance to improve and enhance the performance of the entireenterprise. Performance management in enterprise human resources managementoccupies the core position, plays an important role.In recent years, SY company has always been market-oriented, tightly on goals tobuild the core competitiveness of enterprises, make the enterprise on the basis ofretain their market share continued ascension, occupy the market with new productsconstantly, has become the backbone of the industry. Everyone knows SY company isa private manufacturing enterprises, currently facing extraordinary growth, rapidbusiness growth, rapid expansion of enterprise organization structure, shortage ofstaff, management and skills, respond to the main problems, SY’s process andspecification is not sound. To solve these problems has become the key decisions forthe enterprise strategic performance management system, accordingly must solvedesign management indicators to solve these problems.In this paper, based on the above background, as an excellent privatemanufacturing enterprises (SY), successfully through the global economic crisis,mainly research SY’s performance appraisal index system design and analysis, fromhow to design optimization of W company to research human resource development strategy of SY company. The conclusion as following;(1) Key performance indicators (KPI) can put the SY company strategicobjectives into specific operational indicators of performance management tool,which is the basis of SY enterprise performance management and core. Keyperformance indicators (KPI) can give SY enterprise and employees provide arequirements of the SY business strategy needs and clear direction to work. KPI is apointer to the SY enterprise performance management quality.(2) The scientific and reasonable index system design is the important foundationof guarantee KPI application effect. If the index system design is unreasonable, it willnot be able to effectively support the enterprise strategic goals and business priorities,For SY company, department and individual KPI index system can be the actualneeds of SY enterprises.(3) The performance appraisal system scheme of the security system is the key toplay the KPI performance. It is a good design scientifically implement and maintainthe enterprise must establish a KPI management process, pay attention to in the SYthe performance management of daily KPI monitoring, evaluation and informationfeedback. Only in this way can the enterprise implement performance expectations.In this paper, using literature method, comparative analysis, case analysis, thecombination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method, the performanceevaluation index system design analysis was carried out on the SY company, SYcompany, for example, to analyze its performance appraisal problems existing,emphatically conducted fruitful new performance evaluation index system design.Based on key performance indicators analysis, performance evaluation index of theSY enterprises evaluation problems such as study, using a quantitative analysismethod, emphatically in the SY company KPI performance appraisal index systemwas designed. This paper is divided into the following several parts:The first part is introduction, mainly from three aspects, including the selectedtopic background, research purpose and significance, research status at home andabroad, the research train of thought and framework structure. The second part of thebody: mainly from three aspects, the first is about the present situation and problemsof the SY enterprise performance appraisal analysis, provide a basis for practical analysis in the whole paper; Then based on the principle of index system of selectionand KPI performance appraisal index system of the design process, the SY enterpriseKPI performance appraisal index system design are analyzed; Finally, respectivelyfrom the aspects of system, culture of SY company performance evaluation indexsystem of safeguard. At last, conclusion part, make on a summary of the Whole paper.
