Financial Leasing became popular in America during the 1950' s. It combined with finance, trade, investment, asset management and developed very quickly among the whole world. Now, it has become the second biggest financial way in the Capital Market. In our country, though there is a promising huge market, the development of Financial Leasing is not so good. How to let people know more about Financial Leasing? How to improve the whole industry of Financial Leasing in our country? These are what this article focus on.In the beginning part, this article tells about both the theories and practice of Financial Leasing, together with mine own opinions.During my study in the whole industry of Financial Leasing, I find there are two clues: one is how important the lessees are, the other is how important the financial analysis is. So the lessees' financial analysis becomes the most important, which include analysis on new facility, analysis on buying/leasing, analysis on operating leasing/financial leasing, analysis on rent and so on. If we can make the lessees' financial analysis more reasonable, we can make the whole industry more successful.I creatively take all those decisions into a whole team, study every single analysis in it, and study the whole team as well. This part is the most important part in my article. Then, we see how company A got it' s facility by Financial Leasing. Before the board made the final decision, I showed them my study on lessees' financial analysis, and told them how Financial Leasing help them to save taxes. In this case, my analysis helps the board make the right decision quickly. There are still a lot of work to do in this area, I hope people will focus on Financial Leasing, and the lessees' financial analysis.
