Manufacturing Capacity Evaluation And Optimization For Daily Used Chemical Enterprise

The dissertation analyzed the problem of manufacturing capacity management combining with the properties of the process and product in daily used chemical enterprise. Then, the dissertation try to build manufacturing capacity evaluation model for management using which is based on the traditional manufacturing capacity evaluation theory and theory of constraint(TOC). The model design uses maximum manufacturing capacity as optimizing objective for compounding and packing process of daily used chemical enterprise. The model keeps the properties and limitation into consideration during case application. Also the paper try to find the constraint of manufacturing capacity in an enterprise through sensitive analysis. By using the theory of constraint, the writer try to do the study of manufacturing capacity optimization. Per the consideration for real operation, the model is set up in Excel sheet. Management people can use the model conveniently without specific knowledge of mathematics.
