Small And Middle-sized Enterprise Producing Layout Program And Evaluation

Workshop layout is one the important part of factory designs, producing system, which is also the key and most difficult problem.Producing system design is to arrange the producing and logistics equipment,work zone and walking porches in a pointed area with high efficiency.Producing system layout is typical subject-corssing filed, which will effect the producing coast and producing efficiency.As as result, it has factual significance to research producing layout.Based on the existent workshop renew project, this thesis fully studies the workshops in small and middle-sized enterprise and optimize the program.,and evaluate the producing layout program with scientific view.At first, this thesis introduces the basis for layout problem and system introduces mange traditional solutions to layout problem ,state the factual significance on study of workshops of small and middle sized enterprises,expounds the producing system characteristics, target and layout model of small and middle-sized enterprises, focus on some aspects on workshop design and key issues of that.Based on the existent project, the thesis demonstrates the irrational of the primary layout program, comply with the, make the respectively solution according to modern workshop layout theory of SLP and CRAFT[1].In the thesis,the mathematic model for workshop layout in small and middle-sized enterprises is set up ,Genetic Algorithm is used to optimize the primary layout program.At last, the text introduces system evaluation theory and compare with each other, select the right and reasonable layout program as the final solution.
