Modern tourism has to play develop from sightseeing to the deep-seated travel and leisure, in this context, ancient town tourism also will be popular, it is particularly important to enhance the attractiveness of the ancient town tourism. Tourism is a result that the interaction of tourism resources, travel service and tourists. Only if the exploitation of tourism resources is to meet the needs of tourists, it is able to impresses visitors and increase the amount of tourists. The paper start from Perception of tourists, and visitors evaluate the Tourism of Ping Yao, which can provide ideas and direction to the development of Ping Yao Tourism.Visitor’s numbers of Ping Yao is increasing each year according to the data, but the increment of tourists is decreasing year by year, which shows that the number of potential tourists to Ping Yao is dropping, so far it is important to improve the attractiveness of Ping Yao tourism. The author get the date through research of tourists’ perception, then get the weight of every factor, that show how these factors affect the attractiveness of Ping Yao Tourism. We can know the gap between the satisfaction of tourist and the matter of fact of Ping Yao. This paper first statistics and analysis tourist visitors and tickets income data of nine years of Ping Yao, it can understand the current Ping Yao basic state of tourism clearly. Second the questionnaire of teacher, the students and the tourist that acquire the influence factor of Ping Yao. At last, we can know which tourism factor not reached the satisfaction of tourists, and need further improve.This article is divided into six parts, the first chapter introduces the research background, research significance, and research ideas and methods. The second chapter describes the theoretical basis of this study, and made a summary of domestic and international literature, and ultimately come to the definition of the ancient town tourism. The third chapter analysis Ping Yao tourists and ticket sales data, that show the development of Ping Yao tourism in recent years. The fourth Chapter is obtained through questionnaire surveys and studies the impact factor of Ping Yao Tourism, and be able to determine the tourists’ perception of those factors in the hearts of tourists is more satisfied, what factors need to be further improved. The fifth chapter, it summarize Ping Yao tourism attraction reaction mechanism through the questionnaire survey, and determine the weights of each factor, and the ranking through the hierarchical analysis.The sixth chapter, it determine the thinking and the strategy of the development of tourism attraction Ping Yao through the above data analysis, that can have the important meaning of Ping Yao tourism.
