In these years, small and medium enterprises developed quickly, and they have already become an important part in economic system of our country. At the same time, with the development of economic globalization, small and medium enterprises of our country should go with the tide, improve the idea continuously, and be involved in international market gradually .This paper conducts on the international business about small and medium enterprises, study on the modes and influencing factors in the process of international trade, also study on the interior and exterior influencing factors about international business process, according to realism status and the advantage of small and medium enterprises, this paper proposes the strategy choice based on the research above and experience about Japanese small and medium enterprises. This paper has meaning both in theory and practice.
