Especially for these years, along with the expedited development of industrialization and urbanization, the value of urban land has climbed sharply, and the benefit counterparts of urban land transaction has got a high income. It produces the distribution of urban land profit therefrom.Employment system of urban land got a basic growth after years of scrabble, and this system can be divided into two levels, which are primary distribution and reallocation. This process follow the principle of contribution regulate and requirement, and it pays attention to fair and efficiency to distribute the benefit as the form of land tax and expense.However, there are many problem in the course of urban land reform, such as the vague relation of distribution nonstandard type of distribution,etc. Urban land profit runs off, public resources cannot be ensured therefrom.Therefore, It is necessary that do research in the academic study of distribution of urban land profit. This article will take Hebei Province as an example, and combine overseas theory with domestic ones. And expect to probe the right way of reform on employment system of urban land.
