With the arrival of the meager profit time, it is urgent for the construction enterprise to take a path to the difference strategy. The making of the difference, the implementation of different management, the creation of the sustainable asymmetry competitive advantage, all of these are the magic weapons for the enterprise to get the upper hand in the intense market competitionThis article takes the three-level engineering corporations of central construction enterprises managed by State Council state asset surveillance management committee as an example, and it is divided into six parts to carry on the correlation elaboration to this enterprise's difference strategy.
