Along with the speedness of commercial progress, that our country need logistics service has already become clear. In the flourishing region, large producing and manufacturing companies have already started transfering to look for transportation companies to carry on transporting and distributable service for their products in the whole country. Multinational companies are more desirous that professional logistics enterprise be responsible for logistics operation. Corresponding with this, logistics has already begun developing in storage and transportation industry, providing logistics service with certain level. Correspondingly, the logistics park is also developing quickly.At present, the logistics park's hot is rolling up the whole country: Shenzhen is programming developing 6 logistics parks, Shanghai prepares to put emphasis on 3 logistics parks, including Waigaoqiao, Pudong Airport and Northwest logistics park; Tienjin will programe a industral logistics park in development zone, an international logistics operational park in "Bounded Zone", Nanjiang bulk logistics center, international airport logistics park and traffic department logistics freight transportation center as 4 logistics projects; Peking will construct 3 logistics bases and 17 logistics distribution centers. Besides, the whole country is busy in devoloping logistics parks and carrying on logistics parks planning and constructing, including Qingdao, Wuhu, Handan, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu, Dongguan.But, the construction in logistics parks of our country also exist "bubble": In many regions, they ask for perfection, lack regular planning and cause something wrong in logistics parks which have already built up. How can we make each logistics company in the logistics park compatible with each other and realize scale performance? This paper makes a research on logistics capability in logistics parks in which logistics companies have already been integrated. Summarize the main contents as follows:1.
