| The status of rural areas is pressing for establishing and perfecting its social security system, and this is a necessity to conform to the development. As a result of many reasons, the rural social security system of our country has developed since the new China was founded, but it was not developing fast enough, specially in the less developed area.and many problems still exist, some of them are even vital. The rural social security system has not formed a national uniform module system, and every local government is exploring on its own actuality by itself, while facing a lot of difficulties and problems.In the context of building a well-off society in an all-round way and new socialistic countryside, based on the existing domestic researches, this article makes the most of the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the combination of demonstration analysis and criterion analysis, and comprehensive systems analysis, to anatomize and study on the social security systems in Chinese countryside, especially in Jiangxi Province, in terms of social economic development. It mainly investigates and analyses the four aspects of the rural providing for the aged, the new pattern of rural collaborative medical care, the subsistence allowances for rural residents and the lost-land peasants, to point out the existing problems and deficiencies. Meanwhile, it investigates the designing and perfecting of rural social security system, and brings forward the practical conception for the rural social security system. |
