The history of Chinese enterprises using ERP is just begin, and the benefit and risk are both existing in the progress of implement of ERP. Not only the great benefit but also the risk we should know well when we put ERP in effect, and then take precautions, control and remove the risk. And this is the key of practicing the ERP.This paper will focus on Sunshine Leather's ERP, and thy to analysis the external risk and internal risk (E.P.policy decision, implement, transform and operation).And also this paper will analysis the measure and steps the enterprises should take to control the risk.Chapter One: Brief account of the background and survey of Zhejiang Sunshine Leather's ERP.Chapter Two: Brief account of ERP, the according risk and the progress and method of risk management.Chapter Three: Classifing the main risk of Zhejiang Sunshine Leather's ERP.
