The Research On Quality Of Rural Labors In Our Country

In 2004, the central rural conference pointed out that the comprehensive construction of well-off society is mainly in countryside. The significant task of comprehensive well-off society construction is developing and prospering rural economy, balancing the development of urban and rural areas, increasing farmers'income. Without the well-off of farmers, it will not achieve the whole nation's well-off. Without the countryside modernization, it will not realize the national modernization. However, at present, the large rural population and the lower quality of overall rural labor force are not helpful to the development of agriculture industry, countryside industrialization, and countryside urbanization, which has restricted the well-off society's realization. Therefore, speeding up the development and full use of countryside human resources and improving the quality of rural labor force are the way to speed up agriculture industry, countryside industrialization, countryside urbanization, and urban-rural integration .They can also advance agriculture development and rural economy structure reform, increase agricultural market competition strength, realize agriculture modernization and agriculture market-orientation. This article has analyzed the existing problems of rural labor force quality in our country, found the reason why it happened, finally produced the countermeasure and suggestion of improving the quality of our rural labor force .The article has six chapters:Chapter One, introduction. Introduced the background of the selected topic, the aim and its significance; elaborated domestic and foreign research tendency in this domain; pointed out the existing research deficiency; and introduced this article research mentality and the method as well as the paper innovation spot.Chapter Two, the correlative concept definition of rural labor force quality in our country . First , introduced the countryside, the farmer, the agricultural labor force concept as well as the quality and the rural labor force quality concept. Secondly, produced the research rationale of rural labor force quality.Chapter Three,the analysis of the present situation and problems of rural labor force quality in our country. This chapter introduced the existing problems of our rural labor force quality, as well as the reason why it happened . Chapter Four, analysis of some ways to improve our country rural labor quality. This chapter introduced some ways to improve our farmers'scientific and technologic knowledge ,and did some further research of them.Chapter Five, research of improving the quality of our rural labor force.
