In the business part, it carries on the multiplex management in the service, like referring to the electric power industry as well as coking industry. But the present state-owned large-scale coal enterprise's now have still generally continued to use which was using in the planned economy time. This kind of organizational structure is now restricting the state-owned large-scale coal enterprise's development. Therefore, leading the transformation research to the Xishan coal electricity group's organizational structures, not only benefits our company, but also has the reference value to the similar state-owned large-scale coal enterprise.The paper transforms in the organizational structure and the organization the related theory summarizes in the foundation, has widely investigated and studied the Xishan coal electricity group's organizational structure present situation, obtained the Xishan group to have the partial units to manage the sequence chaotic, many directions, the market responded the lag, the resources waste, the industrial operation level low, the responsibility localization was unclear, the enterprise manages the society to bear and so on the question heavily. In view of the above questions, the thesis has analyzed the enterprise's environment from both inside and outside. Based on enterprise's developmental strategy, it chose the most suitable organizational structure transformation for Xishan coal electricity group --- make the transformation from straight line function to combination structure system of divisional structure and parerent sructure. Also, according to the above decision, it designed some proposal and the safeguard measure.This paper use the methods of positive analysis, comparing and analytical hierchy process , and studies the research and selection of plan of organizational structure on the basis of linking theory and practice and combining of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
