| Nowadays the business environment in China is becoming increasingly better and the market mechanism is coming to maturity, however it is of special importance to sign perfect contracts as trade hazard still exists. Contract management plays an important role in enterprise management as the strengthening of contract management and the establishment of all management systems can have a great impact on preventing and decreasing contract dissensions.This paper chooses Z Enterprise as object of study and makes in-depth investigations on routine operation of contracts and management problems in this enterprise. The author follows the enterprise contract management BPR theory to carry out enterprise contract management reform project and optimize procedure of contract management information system before setting, up modern contract management information system based on the guideline of reforming enterprise management system. The author aims to provide premise and guarantee for realizing the functions of contract management information system and make a general design of contract management system according to the new requirements of management. A scientific analysis of the feasibility of contract management information system in Z Enterprise is made in this paper which will provide theoretic foundation for the realization of this system.This paper aims to establish a perfect contract management information system based on the in-depth analysis and study of contract management problems existed in Z Enterprise. Three methods—AHP, Delphi and FD, are adopted in this paper in order to establish the evaluating model of the new and old customers' credit and the evaluating model of supplier-selecting, which contributes a lot to the pertinence, practicability and maneuverability of the system. It will provide valuable guidelines for contract management and raise ceaselessly the level of contract management in Z Enterprise and also enhance the comprehensive ability to compete of this enterprise. |
