Study On Constructive Engineering Contract Management Information System

With the rapid economic development and consistent growth of international trade, there are more and more construction projects on progress. But, backward in measures, weakly conscious about the risk, the actual contract management does not meet the requirements of the project management. Therefore, it's important for enterprise to enhance the quality of commercial staffs and to improve the contract management.In our country, contract management is in the period of development. Using effective managing information system in contract management is one of the main decisive factors of the management level. On the basis of analysis on the fundamental theory of contract management and of engineering project between internal managing information system and external managing information system, combined with information technology, the CECMIS (Constructive Engineering Contract Management Information System) has been designed in this paper, which involves the management of contract version and the assistance to managers to handle contract affairs.The thesis also analyses the target, frame, function and principle of the pre-constructing CECMIS , and brings out the developing means, process, frame and preparation tasks for constructing an information system. The CECMIS applies Delphi6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as designing tools and windows as exploring circumstance. The system can manage contract version efficiently and give assistances to managers, therefore attains aim of contract control. So it is elastic, convenient and applicable.
