Logistics Cost Control In Export Oriented Manufacture Enterprises

Idea of logistics service has been introduced to China for more than 20 years. More and more enterprises have been already realized its potential purpose about profit adding as "the third profit source". As the key control point in logistics management, logistics cost has been became basic and most import task in enterprises. To research and find the right way to control and reduce logistics cost will be the most effective way for enterprises' profit increase.Compared with other trading or manufacture enterprises, export oriented manufacture enterprises have their unique operation system and logistics mode. Its logistics operation performance relied on cost control deeply to affect enterprises' profit. How to control and improve logistics control has been treated as one of the most important problems in this kind of enterprises now.From start of the logistics concept, together with basic theory of logistics control, character of export oriented manufacture enterprises has been analyzed to research logistics cost control theory's implementation possibility base on supply chain theory. According to logistics advantage and shortage of this kind of enterprises, various logistics control methods feasibility has been collected and analyzed. As the last part of thesis, the logistic cost control process, key points and impact are all validated by an actual case of daily logistic cost control and improvement in an export oriented manufacture enterprise as use for reference.
