| Sustainable development has been the basic strategy of all the countries in the world. To implement local sustainable development, sustainable use of natural resource especially the sustainable land use is the geographic foundation. As the special strategic position of land resources, the severe situation of the quantity and the quality of land resources, ecological environment, it is very important and valuable to make the study on sustainable use of land resources, this is why I choose this subject to write my Master Degree Thesis. The paper includes six parts:The first part highlights the background and significance, simply discusses the progress of the sustainable land use of international and domestic, and brings up the research purposes, research method, research ideas and technology route of research.The second part has composed by two sections. The first section briefly introduces the basic concept and puts forward the Region Sustainable Land Resources System (RSLRS SYSTEM)based on Bossel Framework. The second section discusses the theory basis of the sustainable use of land resources, including sustainable development theory, system science theory, ecological economics and land economics.The third part constructs the evaluation indicators system of sustainable use of land resources based on Bossel Framework. At first, the part introduces the principal of the evaluation indicators of sustainable use of land resources, and then constructs the evaluation indicators system of sustainable use of land resources based on Bossel Framework and puts forward the grade criterion for the indicators in the RSLRS SYSTEM.The forth part is about the evaluation method of the sustainable use system of land resources. We firstly evaluate the development potential, harmonious degree and equity of the indicators in the RSLRS SYSTEM, then carries on the sustainable evaluation of the system.The fifth part has carried on the research about the evaluation of sustainable use of land resources in Huai'an city, firstly, introduces the nature, social economy, ecological environment situation of the study region, and then evaluates the RSLRS SYSTEM in Huai'an city, finally advances some reasonable proposal about perfect the sustainable use of land resources.The sixth part briefly summarizes to the paper, puts forward some reasonable proposal about perfecting the sustainable use of land resources, and makes a prospect to further research. |
