Research On Development Strategy Of Hunan Nanling Industry Explosive Material Co.LTD

SWOT analysis is a kind of scientific decisive approach,which is mainly to deal with environmental information and then carry on a decision, making decisions scientifical and reasonable, while the environmental information is obtained from inside -or- outside enterprises .Environment is the room for enterprises'existence and development, and also is the main constraint factors for enterprises'strategic management action. Therefore, in this paper the leading enterprise - Hunan Nanling Industry Explosive Material Co.LTD is used as the researching target by the author. The key task is to carry out a SWOT analysis for the company, upon which to combine with enterprises'core competence theory, the author analyzes Nanling's internal advantage of core competence specificly. By adopting the interactional and deep-going analysis method, we then put forward the cultivation and promotion problem of Nanling's core competence, furthermore we push it to the degree of strategy. The range of our study on development strategy about Hunan Nanling Industry Explosive Material Co.LTD is very comprehensive and complicated, but in this article three main development strategies of Nanling's are studied definitely, they are capital operation strategies, strategies of lead in science and technology and enterprise culture strategies. While the Nanling's strategic formulation and implementation is strongly related to its core competence's cultivation and design, analying them as a whole is also a characteristic of this paper.We carry out our research along with the following four main aspects: firstly, carry on a SWOT analysis for Nanling. After introducing Nanling's general situation, we systematically elaborate the environmental advantages and disadvantages that Nanling faced, and then we also discuss our company about how to play its strong points and avoiding its shortcomings. Secondly, analyze Nanling's core competence. Starting from the general theory of enterprises'core competence , we briefly analyze the existing conditions of nanling's competence, upon which we also put forward that nanling should cultivate and promote its own particular core competence through the integration of enterprises'core value(mainly implies enterprise culture), the management mode of enterprise organization, enterprise s'core competence elements, ect. The third is about Nanling's development strategy problems, which are deeply studied from its strategic position, strategic guide thought, strategic objective, strategic construction and strategic enforcement. In the fourth part, we research on the tactic problems existing in the enforcement of Nanling's development strategy. The end is about concluding remarks.
