It also proposes some suggestions and countermeasures on quickening urbanization process, industrial clusterized development, accelerating the development of efficient government, promoting city marketing strategy, etc.By making assessment on Chengdu investment environment and studying the optimization strategy, the paper intends to clarity that Chengdu shall accurately identify the current situation, pinpoint the gap, and strategically optimize the municipal investment environment with clearly defined purpose on the basis of balanced judgment of the city's characteristics and its future development orientation, so as to stimulate the city's potential, expand more competitive and unique development space, strengthen the competitiveness of the city, establish and promote the core competence of the city.
