| SJE is a first–grade construction and installment engineering company which is affiliated with the national government. According to the core of project management and operation, the ability to reconstruct enterprise organization and improve project management and operation has been the common understanding in the construction enterprises. The ability and level of project management has been the key actor to test core competition in the modern construction enterprises. Project management shapes the destiny of enterprise. Project cost management has been the core of project management. According to the character of a state-owned construction enterprise, SJE, this paper analyses and researches its project cost management.Firstly, the paper expatiated on the development of the construction project management and the common sense on the engineering project cost management. And then it analyses the problem of project cost management in the SJE. It spreads form two aspects: outside business environment and inner management. It also analyses the classical case of Guangzhou branch in SJE. Aiming at the existing problems, countermeasures to improve cost management have been studied accordingly. Design to project cost has been put forward. It enlarges the scope of project cost management during the whole phrase from bidding to contract money recovery. To avoid bidding risk, inner quota has been set up. To provide evidence for project management during the operation of project, cost goal has been made. Project cost management system has been wholly and systematically founded by enhancing cost accounting and perfecting cost analysis and exam.At last, it analyses and summaries Wuhan 024 project whose project management is successful. |
